For just over 30 years now, The Guitar Centre has been providing guitarists & bass players from near and far, as well as banjo, ukulele and mandolin players, an unbeatable repair and maintenance service for their instruments.

Our in-house expert luthier, Julian Clarke is always on hand to offer advice, and can draw on many years experience in the field. The reputation of his work is well known throughout the industry, and customers return from far and wide again and again for his expertise and their trust in his service and repair work.

We also undertake pick-up fitting to all styles of guitar to suit individual customer needs.

Set-Up Packages.

Repair estimates require in-person assessment.

Please note we are rarely able to give estimates for specific repair work over the phone, without seeing the instrument and your requirements in person, so please feel free to give Julian a call here at the shop on 01732 742700 to discuss any work  and arrange a mutually convenient time to bring your instrument in.

Workshop hours.

Workshop hours differ from shop hours — closed Wednesdays and Sundays.

Insurance valuations.

We offer a service for hand written insurance valuations and repair estimates. (Fees available on request)

eg. TRONICAL, G-FORCE  etc.
